Fresh, Quick & Nutritious Summer Breakfast Juice

To boost my energy in the mornings I love to kick start my day with a fruit or vegetable juice. 

Fruit and vegetable juices are so easy to prepare, so easy to make, full of vitamins & nutrients and they are also great for on the go if your in a hurry. 

Juice of the day today - Avocado, Blueberry, Spinach & Beetroot


Recipe
(serves 2)

Half a large avocado 
150g fresh blueberries 
2 large handfuls of washed spinach 
1 washed and peeled raw beetroot




Chop the avocado beetroot into small pieces and roughly chop the spinach.

Place into a blender/juicer and blend.



Delicious and nutritious, will you be having a healthy juice for breakfast tomorrow?
